2026 Expectations
Due to the competitive nature of consulting recruitment processes, we use a holistic approach to evaluating our applicants. We aim to look for general qualifications in our applications, including the following:
On track to graduate May 2028 or later (at least two years remaining at FSU)
GPA of 3.8+ (if STEM, GPA 3.5+)
ACT of 32+ and/or SAT of 1420+*
Strong & Relevant Extracurricular Involvement*
Strong Interest in Consulting and an exceptional work ethic
Knowledge of case interviews & how to conduct one (optional)
Strong resume in template form as a PDF (provided above)
*Note: For incoming freshmen, relevant involvement includes high school experience & and test scores are guidelines for ideal applicants
2025 Recruitment Timeline
Our timeline varies on exact dates based on the year of recruitment, always taking place during the Fall. Below are the dates for the Fall 2025 cycle:
8/27 — Applications Open
9/10, 5:00 PM — Information Night
9/12, 11:59 PM — Applications Close
9/17 or 9/18 — Networking Night (Invite Only)
10/1 — Group Case Exercise (Invite Only)
10/6 - 10/8 — Final Round Case Interview (Invite Only)
10/10 — Notification of Final Decisions
10/15 — First New Member Meeting
